Roadside Assistance
TBC has introduced a new program that allows members to sell 24/7 nationwide Roadside Assistance plans to their customers. With coverage in every US state and Canada, this program is possible through the support of more than 40,000 service vehicles. Customers who purchase this plan will have access to emergency assistance for their bike rides up to twice a year, for up to 30 miles (delivered to the member’s store, the customer’s car, or their home).
The benefits to the customer include:
- Nationwide emergency roadside assistance.
- Service for your customer and their bicycle up to 30 miles annually.
- Up to two service calls per year.
- Enrollment into the League of American Bicyclists.
